General
What is Brisk Junk Removal?
Brisk is a locally owned, licensed, bonded, and insured junk removal company serving Clark County and Cowlitz County in Washington and Multnomah County in Oregon. We haul away furniture, appliances, yard debris, construction scrap, and full-property cleanouts, doing all the lifting and loading for you.
What areas do you serve?
We cover the greater Vancouver–Portland metro, including Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, Longview, Kelso, Portland, and Gresham. If your town isn't listed, reach out, most of the metro is fair game.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. Every Brisk crew is licensed, bonded, and fully insured, so your home and property are protected on every job.
Do I have to be home for the job?
Not always. For many jobs we can coordinate access with you, a property manager, or a realtor and send photos as we go, so you don't have to be on site the whole time.
Do you do the loading, or do I?
We do all of it. Just point to what you want gone and our crew carries it out from any room or floor, no lifting or dragging things to the curb on your end.
Pricing & Payment
How much does junk removal cost?
Pricing is volume-based, so you pay for how much space your items take up in our dump trailer. Jobs start at our $89 minimum and scale up to about $549 for a completely full trailer. You get a firm, all-inclusive quote before any work begins.
Do you charge by weight or by volume?
By volume for almost everything, the fraction of our dump trailer your junk fills. The main exception is very heavy material like concrete or dirt, which we quote separately because of disposal weight limits.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your quote includes labor, loading, hauling, and standard disposal. A few items and access conditions can add a small surcharge, like freon appliances, tires, stairs, long carries, and elevators. We always tell you about those upfront.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit & Debit Card, ACH, Cash, Check.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, seniors and veterans save 5%. Booking one larger load instead of several small trips also lowers your per-item cost.
Is the quote really free?
Always. Quotes are free and no-obligation. Send a few photos or describe the job and we'll give you a price, usually within 15 minutes during business hours.
Scheduling & Service
Can you come the same day?
Often, yes. We offer same-day and next-day appointments across our service area whenever our schedule allows. Reach out and we'll tell you the soonest we can get a crew to you.
What are your hours?
We're open 8 am – 6 pm daily, so you can reach us seven days a week.
How quickly do you respond?
Usually within 15 minutes during business hours. Call or text us a photo and we'll get you a quote fast.
How does the process work?
Three steps: request a quote online or by phone, we show up on time and confirm your upfront price, then we load everything and haul it away, sweeping up before we leave.
Can you work around a business's hours?
Yes. For commercial jobs we schedule around your operations, including evenings and weekends, so removal never disrupts your customers or team.
Items & Disposal
What do you take?
Almost everything that isn't hazardous: furniture, appliances, electronics, mattresses, yard debris, construction scrap, hot tubs, and whole cleanouts. If it's a solid object and not regulated as hazardous waste, chances are we can haul it.
What can't you take?
Regulated hazardous materials: motor oil, gasoline, propane tanks, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, ammunition, and bulk batteries. Those need a specialized facility like Clark County Household Hazardous Waste. We can take some things other haulers won't, though, like leftover paint and household liquids, so just ask.
What happens to my stuff after you haul it?
We keep as much out of the landfill as we can. Usable items are donated to local charities, recyclable materials are taken to the right facilities, and only what's left goes to disposal.
Can you take just one item?
Absolutely. A single item like a couch, mattress, or appliance falls at our $89 minimum, and we can usually come the same or next day.
